Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage daily warehouse operations in a high-volume market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in warehouse management, leadership, inventory control, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure proper stock management and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
• Monitor and improve warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.
• Handle warehouse documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales departments for smooth operations.
• Oversee warehouse cleanliness and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain management.
• Proven experience in handling high-volume market or warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
