We are looking for a detail-oriented person to manage the daily workflow of our company garage, vehicle maintenance, job cards, and cost tracking.

You will work closely with drivers, mechanics, and management to ensure every vehicle is serviced properly and records are maintained accurately in our internal system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Garage & Maintenance Operations
  • Create Job Cards when a vehicle enters the garage (service / breakdown / tyre work).
  • Coordinate with mechanics and garage staff for inspections, repairs, and part replacements.
  • Track job status: Open → In Progress → Completed.
  • Maintain clean and accurate records for all garage visits.
  • Tyre Management
  • Record tyre changes, rotation, balancing
  • Maintain tyre inventory and track tyre history per vehicle.
  • Cost Control & Documentation
  • Record costs: Labour, Parts, Tyres, Miscellaneous.
  • Verify invoices received from garages or suppliers.
  • Maintain supplier list and purchase details.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports.
  • Vehicle Monitoring
  • Track vehicle status: Active, In Garage, Breakdown.
  • Maintain log of repeated issues and high-cost vehicles.
  • System Data Entry (Internal App)
  • Enter all job cards, tyre events, and costs into the digital system.
  • Ensure no missing entries and all records are updated on time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in garage, fleet, logistics, or workshop administration.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance (light/heavy vehicles).
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation.
  • Able to coordinate with mechanics, drivers, and supervisors.
  • Good communication skills.
