About the Role

We are hiring a dedicated and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team in the transport and logistics sector. The ideal candidate will support the sales team, manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and ensure smooth coordination between operations, clients, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities and client communication
  • Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and transport service rates
  • Coordinate bookings and follow-up on shipments with operations teams
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely updates
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual revenue targets

Requirements

  • Experience in the Oil & Gas transport, logistics, or supply chain industry (preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word,)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
