We are hiring HR Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Assist with preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents.
- Support processing of visa, medical, and other government-related documentation (varies by region).
- Prepare HR-related letters such as salary certificates, NOCs, and memos.
2. Onboarding
- Facilitate onboarding of new employees, ensuring completion of required forms and inductions.
3. Employee Relations & Support
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and benefits.
- Support coordination of trainings, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
- Help organize site visits to support HR-related needs at project locations.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure HR documents comply with company policies and local labor laws.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for audits and inspections.
- Support HR Manager with periodic reports (headcount, turnover, leave balances, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably within a construction or contracting company.
- Knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee files).
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
