Guest Request Runner – The Mangroves Abu Dhabi, LXR Hotels & Resorts (Pre-Opening)

Join the pre-opening team of The Mangroves Abu Dhabi, LXR Hotels & Resorts, and help us shape an extraordinary luxury experience from day one. As a Guest Request Runner, you will play a vital role in delivering timely, thoughtful, and high-quality service that enhances every guest stay.

What will I be doing?

• Promptly deliver guest requests such as amenities, linens, and special items, ensuring exceptional service in line with LXR and Hilton brand standards.
• Support both Housekeeping and Front Office by coordinating and communicating guest needs efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of guest amenities, ensuring items are clean, well-presented, and readily available.
• Assist with special room setups or guest preferences, paying close attention to detail and personalization.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service and storage areas.
• Represent The Mangroves Abu Dhabi with professionalism, courtesy, and a strong guest-focused attitude.

What are we looking for?

• A positive, service-driven mindset and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous hotel or customer-service experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• Flexibility to work shifts and support a dynamic pre-opening environment.
