Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional Secretary to support the Manager in daily operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in a construction/contracting company and preferably an engineering background to understand technical documents and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative and secretarial support to the Manager.
  • Prepare letters, correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain proper filing of project documents, contracts, and technical records.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing technical submittals, LPOs, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Track and update project workflows and pending tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality and smooth office coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Secretary/Administrative Assistant in a contracting or construction company.
  • Strong understanding of engineering/technical documents.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
  • Immediate joiners are an advantage.
