Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in social media marketing and a proven background working with retail clothing or fashion brands. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing digital campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales across online platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat.
• Create engaging content tailored for the fashion/clothing audience.
• Plan monthly content calendars, reels, stories, and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor daily posting, engagement, comments, DMs, and customer interaction.

Content Creation & Branding

• Work closely with the creative team to plan and produce photoshoots, product videos, and lifestyle content.
• Ensure brand consistency in all digital materials.
• Stay updated with fashion trends and create trend-based content.

Performance Marketing

• Run paid ads on Meta, TikTok, and Google for brand awareness and sales.
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and engagement.
• Track performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, etc.

Website & E-commerce Support

• Manage product uploads, descriptions, and online promotions.
• Coordinate with the e-commerce team for campaign updates and online sales growth.

Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly social media and ad performance reports.
• Analyze customer insights and competitors to improve strategy.
• Suggest new ideas to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years experience as a Digital Marketing / Social Media Executive.
• Must have experience working with a retail clothing or fashion brand.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially in the UAE/GCC market.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing apps is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and creativity.
