Role Description
Supplier relationship management:
· Develop and maintain relationships with companies, rent a car, car dealerships, suppliers, fleet managers, individual sellers etc. and source cars from them.
· Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.
· Follow up and obtain approvals and complete relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
Customer Service & support:
· Provide excellent customer service to buyers and sellers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Performance tracking and reporting:
· Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and inventory.
· Enhance productivity and meet targets.
Auction and bidding management:
· Coordinate with the operations team for lotting & listing of cars
· Coordinate with the operations team to plan and execute successful auction events to attract bidders.
· During auctions, facilitate bidding processes, manage bidder inquiries, and finalize sales transactions.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a sales role in automotive, preferably in auction
- Proven track record of successful sales and the ability to meet or exceed targets, with experience in automotive sales is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- An in-depth understanding of the market and the industry trends in automotive, preferably in auction
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, Arabic is a plus.
