Job Title: Waitress cum Cashier

About the Role –

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Waitress cum Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle both customer service and billing operations while ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers politely
• Take orders accurately and serve food/drinks
• Manage the POS system for billing and cash/card payments
• Handle dine-in and takeaway customer interactions
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
• Assist with packing orders, coordinating with kitchen staff
• Manage receipts, cash handling, and daily sales closing
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waitress or Cashier (preferably in F&B)
• Basic knowledge of POS systems
• Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
• Positive attitude, well-spoken, and customer-friendly
• Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours
• Presentable and professional appearance
• Immediately available candidates preferred
