Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of customer service in a professional and hospitable manner.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure the department/outlet is organized and presentable at all times.
- Work well individually and as part of a team, cooperating with serving and kitchen staff.
- Listen and respond to customer complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Always follow strict hygiene procedures and comply with Food & Beverage regulations.
- Display knowledge of the food, wine, and liquor menus to support smooth service.
- Perform standardized opening and closing procedures as outlined in the training manual.
- Respond to customer needs, issues, and comments, reporting relevant communication to Manager/Assistant Manager.
Suitable candidate must be highly qualified and must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. He/she must have a strong attention to details, flexibility, creativity and must be able to work under pressure. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English is a must. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
