Job Description
The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, handling service inquiries, following up on leads through outbound calls, and coordinating with the workshop team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a sales-driven attitude, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and identify their service needs.
- Provide accurate information and quotations for detailing, PPF, tinting, and ceramic coating.
- Handle outbound calls to follow up with inquiries, leads, and returning customers.
- Convert inquiries into appointments and confirmed jobs.
- Manage WhatsApp messages, calls, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
- Create and manage job cards, service entries, and billing details.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain strong after-service communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or sales (automotive industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in outbound calling and upselling services.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.
- Presentable and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
