About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our ecommerce and retail business. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between our showroom, warehouse, and online sales operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day retail and ecommerce operations.
• Coordinate product movements between warehouse and retail locations.
• Support order fulfillment, inventory updates, and product listing activities.
• Conduct deliveries, pickups, and store errands when required.
• Maintain stock organization, labeling, and product displays.
• Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Prepare daily reports and assist management with operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, or retail/ecommerce.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory systems).
• Must be proactive, organized, and trustworthy.
