Qualifications & Skills

  • HSE/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations (building materials or construction industry preferred)
  • Ability to manage daily workforce scheduling and labor planning
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse safety procedures
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of building materials accurately
  • Maintain stock accuracy through regular physical counts and reconciliation
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for timely deliveries
  • Enforce warehouse safety and security protocols
  • Generate daily and weekly inventory and operational reports
  • Support audits and compliance requirements related to warehouse activities
