The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in employer branding to join our dynamic HR team. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while enhancing our organization’s brand as an employer of choice. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process that reflects the company’s values and culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications, assessing candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely process for both candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of all candidates and recruitment activity. Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect role requirements and organizational culture. Conduct background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment screenings as necessary. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs. Enhance employer branding by creating and promoting engaging content that showcases the organization’s values, culture, and employee experience across various platforms (LinkedIn, career pages, etc.). Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other outreach programs to promote the company’s employer brand. Create and implement strategies to engage passive candidates and strengthen the company’s presence in the talent marketplace. Provide an exceptional candidate experience by communicating transparently and keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies and continuously optimize the hiring process. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies.
