We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting others, managing day-to-day operations, and keeping the workplace running smoothly. You will work closely with internal staff and customers, providing essential administrative support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
