We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with internal staff and customers, providing essential administrative support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
