The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the Restaurant Manager in managing staff and maintaining smooth operations. The role includes supervising the team, handling guest concerns, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring the restaurant delivers a consistent and high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise FOH staff and ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve guest issues promptly.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance oversight.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and management to maintain smooth workflow.
