Job Position: General Manager – Dubai Office

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our Dubai office and manage our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in digital marketing, team leadership, and fast-paced growth environments. This role requires a results-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to execute high-level strategies across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the entire Dubai office and team
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for global growth
• Lead sales performance and ensure daily/weekly targets are achieved
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and expansion opportunities
• Oversee advertising operations, budgeting, and performance metrics
• Maintain high operational standards and a strong brand presence in the UAE

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and team management
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to build, scale, and manage high-performance teams
• Experience working in Dubai or similar international markets is a plus
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
