Kindergarten Teacher nurtures young children’s early learning and development, creating a safe, fun, and structured classroom environment. They guide fundamental skills — language, social, motor — through games, stories and activities. They observe growth, assess progress, and foster curiosity and confidence among preschoolers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging early-childhood lessons daily.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor each child’s progress and address developmental needs.
• Organize fun, age-appropriate activities and learning games.
• Communicate with parents about children’s progress regularly.
• Encourage social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth.
• Manage classroom discipline with kindness and consistent rules.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum and events.

• Strong communication skills with young children and parents.
• Patience, empathy, and genuine love for early childhood learning.
