School HR Officer plays a vital role in managing human resources functions, ensuring smooth employee relations, recruitment, performance evaluation, and compliance with labor laws. They act as a bridge between management and staff, fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Executive also assists in policy formulation, employee engagement, payroll, and maintaining accurate HR records to support organizational goals efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure timely onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with current information.
- Handle payroll processing, leave management, and attendance reconciliation accurately.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

- Conduct performance appraisals and support career development initiatives effectively.

Skill & Experience
