Job Description:
Suliter International is seeking a highly professional and reliable Personal Assistant to support our General Manager. The ideal candidate must be organized, discreet, and able to manage a wide range of tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative and personal support to the General Manager.
  • Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Assist with documentation, correspondence, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate daily tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support with urgent tasks and remain flexible when required outside standard working hours.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company with high standards.
  • Perform multi-tasking duties with strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and punctuality.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general tech-savvy skills preferred.
  • Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
