What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing applications for pensions, regular and lump-sum savings, and insurance cases
• Managing and chasing the new business pipeline to ensure applications complete efficiently
• Liaising with providers, trustees, pension schemes, and internal teams
• Managing policy servicing: valuations, withdrawals, assignments, transfers of agency, letters of authority
• Communicating with clients and advisers via email, telephone, and written correspondence
• Updating Plume, Salesforce, and internal systems to maintain accurate client records
• Handling incoming provider documents, notifications, and admin workflow items

What You Bring

• 1 year experience in financial services, ideally supporting advisers
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Proactive mindset, reliable delivery, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Tech confident and comfortable learning new systems
