Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival
- Manage waitlists and reservations using a booking system or seating chart
- Escort guests to tables and provide menus
- Communicate with servers and managers about guest needs, large parties, or VIPs
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk, entrance area, and menus
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide accurate restaurant information
- Monitor the dining area to anticipate and respond to guest needs
- Ensure a smooth and efficient seating flow during busy shifts
- Handle guest complaints or refer them to management as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in Arabic
