We are looking for a Data Entry professional with experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should be familiar with property registration systems and documentation processes and be able to handle administrative and data entry responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle data entry tasks related to property registration and documentation.
  • Maintain and update property records and real estate listings on multiple platforms and internal databases.
  • Work with EPMS and Oracle NetSuite systems for property registration and generating Sales and Purchase Agreements.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and correspondence for real estate transactions.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and property viewings for real estate agents.
  • Process paperwork related to property sales, rentals, leases, and other transactions in line with company procedures.
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems including contracts, client details, and agreements.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondences including mail, packages, and deliveries.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate developer or real estate company.
  • Experience in EPMS, Oracle NetSuite, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document control.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
