Job Description:
Atelier seeks a dedicated Personal Assistant to serve as the right hand to our Director. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury fashion, highly organized, discreet, and capable of managing both administrative and creative tasks in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Serve as liaison between the Creative Director and internal/external teams
- Assist with preparation for fittings, photoshoots, presentations, and collection launches
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Support creative research, mood boards, and project documentation
- Coordinate logistics for fashion events, shows, and collaborations
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as required
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Knowledge of luxury fashion is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools
- Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- UAE driving license is a plus
