Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and motivated person to support our Logistic operations team in Jebel Ali. This is an entry level position. Full training will be provided.

About the Company:
We are a Dubai based wholesale company dealing with consumer products. We work with global suppliers and serve customers across the region. Our small team is focused on fast, efficient operations, and we’re looking for someone reliable to support us in Jebel Ali.

Your main tasks will include:

• Booking shipments by truck, air, and sea
• Entering shipment details into our CRM system
• Tracking shipments and preparing weekly reports in Excel
• Checking emails daily and entering data into our IT system
• Creating simple Excel reports (training provided)
• Assisting with other administrative and logistics tasks as needed
• Visiting the warehouse for inspections if required.

Who we are looking for:

• Motivated and responsible, ideally aged 20–25
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good written and spoken communication skills (email and phone)
• Basic computer and Excel skills
• Lives near Jebel Ali or willing to relocate (preferred)
• Holds a valid UAE driver’s license (preferred, but not required)
• Background in IT or logistics is a plus, but not necessary
• No prior experience required — attitude is most important
