Job Description:
- Provide full administrative and executive support to the CEO
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and professional business correspondence
- Handle confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
- Organize and assist in company events, meetings, and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks assigned by the CEO
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a PA to a CEO or top-level executive
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken & written)
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional appearance, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
