Key responsibilities:

  • Support sales executives in managing accounts, both externally with clients and internally across teams.
  • Oversee project administration and account management activities, including customer data, product life cycle, and routine client inquiries.
  • Handle customer projects end-to-end: enter and track in the project management tool, coordinate cross-functional activities, and manage sampling for clients and consumer tests.
  • Create and maintain product information, including new introductions, discontinuations, and related updates.
  • Manage all commercial data and documentation, such as MDM requests, CMIRs, pricing and conditions, M&L notices, product portfolio, and submissions; ensure proper filing of contracts and agreements.
  • Prepare and organize client meetings and submissions, respond to day-to-day client requests, and collaborate with Customer Care to ensure client satisfaction.

You bring:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 3 years´ of experience in similar position, preferably experience in a commercial assistant role
  • In depth knowledge and usage of sales working processes and rules (strong SAP and IT skills, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good understanding of the business and analytical approach to support the sales mission
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients (mainly back office)
  • Fluent in English, Arabic and/or French is a plus
