Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to new and existing customers.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Convert leads into scheduled bookings and follow up on pending inquiries.
- Update customer records, maintain call logs, and track follow-ups.
- Coordinate with operations and branches to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and ensure high service satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations and assist in daily customer communication.
Qualifications
- Female candidates only.
- Experience in telesales, customer service, or call center roles.
- Strong English communication skills; Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with high call volumes.
- Well-organized with strong follow-up and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in the courier/logistics industry is a strong plus.
