Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage all installation jobs
  • Coordinate with clients on dates, access and updates
  • Prepare materials and job readiness for each project
  • Work daily with the Head Technician to allocate the installation team
  • Handle on-site issues and variations when they arise
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure work is completed to a high standard
  • Keep the CRM updated with job progress and notes
  • Communicate clearly with clients before, during and after installation

Requirements

  • Experience in construction, fit-out, glazing, aluminium, or related industry
  • Strong organisational and scheduling skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines
  • Able to work with technical teams and solve problems quickly
  • UAE driving licence (preferred but not essential)
