This role is perfect for someone who is strong with scheduling, communication, and managing multiple jobs at once.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage all installation jobs
- Coordinate with clients on dates, access and updates
- Prepare materials and job readiness for each project
- Work daily with the Head Technician to allocate the installation team
- Handle on-site issues and variations when they arise
- Conduct quality checks and ensure work is completed to a high standard
- Keep the CRM updated with job progress and notes
- Communicate clearly with clients before, during and after installation
Requirements
- Experience in construction, fit-out, glazing, aluminium, or related industry
- Strong organisational and scheduling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines
- Able to work with technical teams and solve problems quickly
- UAE driving licence (preferred but not essential)
