We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team and support the smooth operation of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol all areas of the hotel, including public spaces, back-of-house areas, and parking facilities
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property at all times
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and alarm situations
- Maintain detailed and accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
- Assist guests and employees in a polite and professional manner
- Conduct regular security checks and enforce hotel rules and safety policies
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a secure and welcoming environment
- Assist in crowd control during events and high-occupancy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in security, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Physically fit and able to conduct routine patrols
- Basic report writing skills
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Security training certification or related license
