Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
  • Handle incoming calls, email inquiries, and walk-ins
  • Assist with booking service appointments
  • Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and professional appearance
  • Support administrative tasks for the EVS team
  • Coordinate with internal departments when needed
  • Manage customer registration, basic documentation, and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality
  • Well-presented and confident in dealing with customers
  • Prior experience as a receptionist, customer service agent, or front desk role
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
