Job Responsibilities:
- Clean bakery floors, work areas, and hallways regularly throughout the day.
- Sanitize surfaces, tables, and equipment according to hygiene and food safety standards.
- Remove daily waste and dispose of it in designated areas.
- Clean staff restrooms and maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Organize storage and preparation areas and ensure they are free of obstacles.
- Assist in cleaning ovens and external equipment after use (as instructed).
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report low stock to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety guidelines and handle cleaning materials properly.
- Work closely with the team to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Physical ability to stand and work for long periods.
- Strong sense of responsibility and time management.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred
