About Us
We are a dynamic Gymnastics Center in Dubai, dedicated to providing a professional and supportive environment for athletes, coaches, and families. To support our growing operations, we are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management and coaching team.
- Manage correspondence: emails, phone calls, whatsApp and Instagram messages and inquiries from parents, staff, and partners.
- Assist with scheduling classes, meetings, and events, ensuring smooth communication.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases (both electronic and paper).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using MS Office tools and CRM.
- Support HR and finance with basic tasks such as leave tracking, petty cash records, and invoice follow-ups.
- Welcome visitors, handle front-desk inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role in the UAE.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a busy sports environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Attested education certificates (mandatory).
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages (Arabic/Russian) is a plus.
