About the Role

Glam & Go Salon is hiring a reliable, organized, and client-focused Front Desk & Operations Executive. You will manage the reception desk, handle payments, support daily operations, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and the salon team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and manage check-ins
  • Answer calls and WhatsApp enquiries
  • Manage the booking calendar – ability to use Fresha is a huge plus!
  • Handle billing, cash, and POS payments
  • Track inventory and restock products
  • Maintain reception area and support daily salon operations
  • Record client details and preferences accurately
  • Coordinate with stylists and technicians
  • Assist with basic admin work as needed

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic computer and POS knowledge
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
  • Positive, friendly attitude
  • Prior salon/spa experience is an advantage

Working Hours

  • 6 days a week, usually Mondays off
  • 12 pm to 10 pm (or as per salon requirement)
