About the Role
Glam & Go Salon is hiring a reliable, organized, and client-focused Front Desk & Operations Executive. You will manage the reception desk, handle payments, support daily operations, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and the salon team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and manage check-ins
- Answer calls and WhatsApp enquiries
- Manage the booking calendar – ability to use Fresha is a huge plus!
- Handle billing, cash, and POS payments
- Track inventory and restock products
- Maintain reception area and support daily salon operations
- Record client details and preferences accurately
- Coordinate with stylists and technicians
- Assist with basic admin work as needed
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer and POS knowledge
- Organized and detail oriented
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
- Positive, friendly attitude
- Prior salon/spa experience is an advantage
Working Hours
- 6 days a week, usually Mondays off
- 12 pm to 10 pm (or as per salon requirement)
