Waitress/Cashier

We are looking for a versatile and customer-focused individual to join our team in Dubai. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role that combines the skills of a barista, waitress, and cashier. If you’re a quick learner with a passion for great service and hospitality, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cashiering: Accurately process customer orders and payments using a POS system, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance the cash drawer at the end of your shift.
• Barista: Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including expertly crafted espresso drinks and specialty coffees.
• Waitressing: Greet customers warmly, take food and drink orders with precision, and deliver them to tables promptly and professionally.
• Customer Service: Provide an exceptional and friendly experience for all guests, answer questions about the menu, and handle any inquiries or issues with a positive attitude.
• Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of service.
• Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the coffee bar, cashier station, and dining area.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience with a POS system.
• A passion for coffee and customer service.
• A positive attitude and a professional, well-groomed appearance.
