Waiter is taking and serving food and drink orders, managing guest needs, handling payments, and maintaining a clean dining area. Key duties involve greeting guests, providing menu information, accurately recording orders, and communicating with kitchen and bar staff.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide recommendations.
• Take food and drink orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly.
• Answer questions about menu items and specials.
• Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Handle complaints and concerns with a positive attitude.
