Role Overview

We are hiring a Tele Sales Agent for the UAE region who is confident, target-driven, and skilled in cold calling, lead generation, and conversion. The candidate will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and achieving set sales milestones. This is a performance-oriented role with clear, measurable targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients across the UAE region.
  • Identify, qualify, and generate new B2B leads.
  • Pitch services effectively and drive high-quality conversions.
  • Achieve minimum monthly sales targets (mandatory) as defined by management.
  • Maintain proper documentation of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Understand client requirements and propose relevant service solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on daily activities, lead status, and achievements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Lead Generation (UAE experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver target-driven results.
  • Comfortable making high-volume cold calls.
  • Must have a laptop, good quality headset, and stable internet connection.
