Job description

We are looking for a Facility Management Executive to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of our office facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily housekeeping services and facility-related operations across the premises
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely maintenance and repairs
  • Monitor and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and utility services (eg: electricity, water etc.)
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure all office facilities are well-maintained and functional.
  • Handle minor repairs or coordinate with technicians for escalated issues.
  • Maintain facility-related records, including service logs and vendor performance.
  • Assist in office space planning and coordinating seating arrangements.
  • Track stock and inventory of cleaning and facility-related supplies.
  • Ensure timely availability and distribution of essential office supplies and inventory.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and basic workplace safety standards are followed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
  • Strong communication skill in English and Hindi desirable
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, outlook) for documentation and coordination.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling day to day operational challenges.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • 1-2 years of experience in facility management, office administration or a similar role.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai Industrial City.
