Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure proper entry protocols
  • Manage incoming and outgoing courier, emails, and correspondence

Administrative Support

  • Maintain office files, records, and documents in an organized manner
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, presentable, and well-organized
  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative tasks

Office Coordination

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
  • Support HR and operations in onboarding processes
  • Prepare basic reports, memos, and letters when required
