This full-time role is a key hub of the company and not just a desk.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming the company guests and suppliers.
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
  • Provide front-desk coverage by managing a busy, multi line phone system, greeting guests as they enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment
  • Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventory.
  • Execute other related tasks assigned by the line manager.
