Full job description

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Scan, process, and itemize customer purchases accurately.
  • Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and other modes of transactions.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and exchange items as per company policy.
  • Maintain cash register balance at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Keep checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Follow company procedures for cash handling and security.
  • Assist in tagging, stocking, and arranging merchandise when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety
