Events Coordinator

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming event enquiries, providing accurate information on menus, pricing, availability, and event options.
  • Prepare and manage event proposals, function sheets, menu selections, and any required amendments.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution.
  • Organize and host client site visits when required.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through pre-event support, day-of coordination, and post-event follow-up and feedback.
  • Ensure all event setups align with brand standards, guest expectations, and operational capabilities.
  • Keep all event materials, including menus, brochures, and presentations, up to date.
  • Ensure full and current knowledge of the brand, venues, offerings, opening times, products, and services.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of SevenRooms to maximize covers and ensure accurate booking management.
  • Understand each venue’s layout, capacity, and operational flow to provide accurate recommendations and efficient planning.
  • Identify opportunities to boost covers, optimize space usage, and support overall business growth.
