Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, students, and walk-ins with a friendly and professional attitude
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in leads
- Explain course details clearly and confidently to prospective students
- Maintain daily enquiry sheets, follow-up lists, and sales trackers
- Assist with admissions, registration, and document handling
- Coordinate with trainers and management
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Reception / Customer Service / Sales
- Strong communication skills in English (Tagalog/Hindi/Malayalam is an advantage)
- Confident in sales and converting enquiries
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business)
- Well-presented and professional
- Able to join immediately (preferred)
- Experience in training institute / education field is a bonus
