Urgent Hiring Butler Supervisor

With Food Allowance & Accommodation

The Butler Supervisor oversees daily butler operations to ensure exceptional, personalized service for guests or household principals. This role manages a team of butlers, coordinates service standards, and ensures the seamless execution of guest requests, amenities, and special arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the family members with personalized service to create a memorable and unique experience
• Maintain accurate records of the family members requests and preferences
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate the butler team.
• Conduct regular briefings to communicate guest preferences, VIP arrivals, and special instructions.
• Support team performance by providing feedback, coaching, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

• At least 4 to 5 years of experience in a hospitality or related industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and focus
• Proven experience as a Butler, Senior Butler, or in luxury guest services.
• Flexibility in working hours and ability to work on weekends and holidays
