HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Maintain and update HR records and systems.
  • Track attendance, leave, and probation periods.
  • Support payroll preparation and HR reporting.
  • Provide employee support on HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and internal HR communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience (preferably in government/consulting).
  • Fluent in Arabic & proficient in English.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
