Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Organize and set up shelves and displays in accordance with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to manage product deliveries and transfers efficiently.
- Ensure accurate labelling and pricing of products on the sales floor.
- Implement loss prevention strategies and report any discrepancies in stock levels.
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills Needed for a Replenishment Associate:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail or inventory management is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physical capability to lift and move stock, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
