Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to manage multiple interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to escalate and resolve customer concerns.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Support sales and service teams by processing orders, applications, or service requests.
  • Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and achieve customer satisfaction KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience (UAE experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/customer service software.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 (depending on experience).
  • Health insurance and benefits as per UAE labor law.
