We are looking for motivated and passionate Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team in Dubai & Sharjah. Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for property sales and rentals
• Provide clients with guidance on buying, selling, and renting property
• Schedule and conduct property viewings
• Maintain knowledge of United Arab Emirates’s real estate market, current listings, and trends
• Negotiate deals and close sales
• Maintain CRM updates and regular client communication

Requirements

• Proven sales experience (real estate preferred, but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
• Fluency in English (Arabic, or other languages are a plus)
• UAE driving license (preferred)
