Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our valet parking service company. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks including managing schedules, maintaining records, coordinating with clients, processing invoices, and supporting the management team to ensure smooth office and field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Maintain and organize company records and files
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other documents
- Assist with staff scheduling and payroll coordination
- Provide support for hiring and onboarding processes
- Communicate with clients and vendors professionally
- Perform general office duties and support the operations team as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
