Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our valet parking service company. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks including managing schedules, maintaining records, coordinating with clients, processing invoices, and supporting the management team to ensure smooth office and field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Maintain and organize company records and files
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other documents
  • Assist with staff scheduling and payroll coordination
  • Provide support for hiring and onboarding processes
  • Communicate with clients and vendors professionally
  • Perform general office duties and support the operations team as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
