Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
